Transportation Master Plan (TMP). The project is the Emirati Housing Development with a total GFA of around 850,000 SQUARE METRES and generating around 15,000 trips during the critical peak hour. Al Burj acted as sub-consultant to ATGC and DIWI Consultants, not for the end owner.
