The people who sign the work.

Forty-four years, in dates.
What we hold to.
Integrity
The role we played on every project is stated exactly as the record holds it — no more, no less.
Innovation
Engineering progress through every blueprint, from a self-drawing tower to a city planned for half a million.
Collaboration
No landmark is signed by one hand alone. We build alongside the world's leading practices.
Sustainability
Shaping a future where development and the environment are drawn together, not against each other.
Five phases, initiation to closure.
01 Initiation
Brief, feasibility and the first reading of the site.
02 Planning
Concept, coordination and the drawing set that everything else hangs from.
03 Execution
Detail design and the working drawings issued for construction.
04 Monitoring
Supervision on site — the drawing kept honest, floor by floor.
05 Closure
Testing, commissioning and handover of a building that lasts.
