Transportation Master Plan (TMP). The proposed land use includes residential, commercial and medical usages around the capital mall. The ITC’s STEAM model was utilized to update and extract the volumes for the analysis. The proposed scheme on 79th Street and along E30 was analysed and proposed mitigations were discussed with the ITC. There was no direct access to the development (due to closer of signalized junction in front of Capital Mall) therefore alternative access was proposed as part of the mitigations.
